CARSA is a faith-based organization committed to promoting unity, reconciliation, resilience, and participatory development in Rwanda’s post-genocide context.
We work in rural areas, where we go and reach out to these parts of communities, especially genocide survivors and perpetrators. Rwanda is a community-based culture, and as such, our approach is holistic, encouraging self-reliance and community activities.
